PUPIL VOICE
Our Pupil Voice leaders are democratically elected by their peers. They work alongside school staff and the Head Boy and Head Girl to help identify and lead on global and local advocacy projects, a well as school improvement issues, here at Northbourne. As part of their role, this core group discuss key issues and then report back to the school community.
This structure ensures that all pupils and staff at Northbourne are playing an active role in developing the social and charitable advocacy of the school, as well as helping our school to continue to develop and improve. Pupil Voice is a key tool for helping to develop self-confidence and leadership skills across years 1-6.
We are confident that Pupil Voice makes a positive impact on our children, our school and our local and global community.
